Competitive Edge
June 16th & 23rd | 5:30-7:30PM | $50
It’s time to level up and step into the spotlight with confidence! This high-energy, jam-packed class is designed to help dancers refine technique, enhance performance quality, and build the skills needed to stand out at auditions. Dancers will grow in confidence, artistry, and stage presence—all while being challenged and inspired in a supportive, motivating environment. All dancers planning to audition for our ‘Company Team’ are strongly encouraged to attend the Competitive Edge audition preparation sessions. These classes provide dancers with a clear understanding of what to expect during auditions and allow them to practice the skills and format used during tryouts.
Dress Code:
Black, form-fitting dance attire
Tan jazz shoes, or tan twyla half-soles
Hair pulled back securely and neatly into a low bun

About "Company" Competitive Team
Greater Impact is proud to instill confidence, self-esteem, leadership, and accountability in it's dancers through the positivity of its competitive team. The company consists of a hardworking group of enthusiastic dancers, who are encouraged to further their dance experience through attending conventions and competitions, as well as performing for and giving back to the community. Company members have a serious commitment to dance, and show that through their dedication to grow in their technical training. Since our start in 2015, our Company team has regularly received high awards, top placements, and judges' recognition at a number of regional competitions. However, we consider the life skills learned through the processes of our discipline and perseverance are the true reward.
